Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, we will first check whether the order has been processed or shipped:

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, the cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, you may need to follow our return process once the order has been delivered.
